How Does It Work?
- Fill in your shiftsStart and end time for each day you worked. Leave a day blank if you did not work it.
- Add unpaid breaksBreak minutes are subtracted from that day only, so lunch does not get paid twice.
- Read the week totalHours and minutes, decimal hours for payroll, and pay if you enter a rate.
What Is It Used For?
Most timesheet mistakes come from adding minutes as if they were decimals — treating 8 h 45 m as 8.45 hours instead of 8.75. This calculator keeps the two formats separate and shows both, so what you invoice matches what you worked.
- Filling in a weekly timesheet for an employer or an agency.
- Invoicing a client for hours worked at an hourly rate.
- Checking a payslip against the shifts you actually did.
- Tracking hours on a side project or a second job.
- Seeing whether a week went over a contracted number of hours.
